If you’re an NHS patient at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, you may be able to choose the additional comfort and privacy of a private en-suite room through our amenity room service.
Amenity rooms are available within our Parkside private patient ward, as well as on maternity and paediatric wards at Frimley Park Hospital and Wexham Park hospitals.
The daily amenity room charges are:
- £200 per day for maternity and paediatric amenity rooms
- £400 per day for an adult amenity room on Parkside Suite.
Choosing an amenity room does not change your NHS status. Your clinical care and treatment will continue to be provided by the NHS in the usual way, with the charge applying only to the additional privacy and facilities of the room.
Some amenity rooms can be requested in advance however; all rooms are subject to availability and NHS clinical requirements.

An amenity room provides the comfort and privacy of a single room while your care and treatment remain fully under the NHS. The amenity charge is £400 per night and applies to the additional accommodation, facilities and services provided.
Having a child in hospital can be an emotional and challenging experience for the whole family. Being together can provide additional comfort and reassurance during what can be a difficult time.
Our paediatric amenity rooms provide a welcoming, private environment where you can remain close to your child while they receive NHS care. The cost is £200 per night.
