Last Updated on Thursday, 28 July 2016 12:10

Booking in for your procedure Pre-op assessment Arriving for your procedure Post-op care

When you arrive for your procedure, a member of our reception staff will show you to your private room.  From there, a nurse, your consultant and where appropriate, an anaesthetist will come in to check how you are and prepare you for your procedure.  The consultant will explain the procedure to you and you will sign consent forms if you are happy for it to go ahead.  When you are ready you will be taken to theatre by one of our Parkside porters along with a nurse.

You will be anaesthetised in theatre.  After your procedure you will be taken to a recovery room and our porter will collect you and bring you back to your room in the Parkside Suite.
